Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (frozen for a creamier texture)

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or soy)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional for added protein)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 5–6 ice cubes (optional, for thicker consistency)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Add a metal straw for a refreshing touch!
