Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (frozen for a creamier texture)

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or soy)

½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional for added protein)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

5–6 ice cubes (optional, for thicker consistency)

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Add a metal straw for a refreshing touch!
