Pomegranate Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds (about 1 large pomegranate)

1 ripe banana (for creaminess)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (optional, for extra flavor and color)

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

A few ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:

Prepare the Pomegranate Seeds:

Cut the pomegranate and remove the seeds (arils).

Remove any white membrane to avoid bitterness.

Blend the Seeds:

Add the pomegranate seeds to a blender.

Pulse a few times until the seeds release juice.

(Optional but recommended): Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the hard seed pulp for a smoother texture.

Add the Remaining Ingredients:

To the pomegranate juice, add banana, yogurt, milk, berries (if using), honey/maple syrup, and ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth:

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds on top (optional).
