Greek Salad 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 thick slice of feta cheese
  • Olive oil, oregano, black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and olives on a plate.

2. Place the feta slice on top.

3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle oregano and pepper.

4. Garnish with parsley and serve fresh.
