Tropical Mango Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (optional for creaminess)

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup orange juice or pineapple juice (adjust for desired consistency)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of fruit)

Toppings (optional, as seen in the image):

  • Mango cubes

  • Pineapple wedge

  • Orange or fun straw for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Add the mango, pineapple, banana, yogurt, and juice into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, add more juice a little at a time.

  3. Taste and add sweetener if needed. Blend again briefly.

  4. Pour into a tall glass.

  5. Garnish with mango chunks and a pineapple wedge.

  6. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
