Mango Mint Cooler Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh, ripe mango)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 cup soda water (or plain water if preferred)

1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)

4-5 fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes (as needed)

Lime wedges (optional)

A pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)
Instructions:

Prepare the mango pulp:

If using fresh mangoes, peel and blend the flesh to make a smooth pulp.

Strain if needed for a smoother texture.

Muddle the mint & lime:

In a glass or cocktail shaker, gently muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice to release flavors.

Mix the drink:

In a mixing jug or shaker, combine mango pulp, muddled mint mix, and salt (optional).

Add some water or soda water to adjust consistency.

Assemble the drink:

Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes and mango chunks.

Pour the mango mixture over the ice.

Top off with soda water for fizz (optional but refreshing).

Add more mango chunks on top.
