Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe

2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or soy)

½ cup Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt (optional for creaminess and protein)

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

½ cup ice (optional, especially if bananas aren’t frozen)
For Garnish (optional but delicious):

Sliced banana

Drizzle of peanut butter

Crushed peanuts or granola
Instructions:

Blend: Add bananas, peanut butter, milk, yogurt (if using), sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste & Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency (add more milk to thin or more banana/yogurt to thicken).
