Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (1-2 servings):

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, oat, or soy)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes (depending on how thick and cold you want it)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh ones.

  2. Blend: In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract (if using), and ice.

  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth. Add more milk to thin it or more ice for a thicker consistency.

  4. Serve: Pour into a glass. Garnish with whole strawberries on the rim.

  5. Enjoy: Insert a straw and enjoy immediately while cold.
