Pineapple Cucumber Lemon Detox Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pineapple (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 cucumber (sliced, with peel)

  • 1 lemon (juice only or sliced)

  • 1 small bunch of parsley or mint (optional for extra detox)

  • 1 cup of water (adjust for consistency)

Instructions:
