Banana-Date-Garlic Smoothie (Health Tonic)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2–3 garlic cloves (peeled)

  • 6–8 pitted dates

  • 1 cup water (or plant-based milk for a creamier texture)

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (to cut garlic sharpness)

  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Ingredients:
    Peel the bananas and garlic. Pit the dates if not already pitted.

  2. Blend:
    Add bananas, garlic, dates, and water (or milk) into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

  3. Adjust:
    Taste the smoothie. If the garlic is too strong, you can add more banana or a splash of lemon juice to balance it out.

  4. Serve:
    Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
