Frozen Mango Raspberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 1 cup frozen mango chunks
• 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
• 1 frozen banana (peeled and sliced before freezing)
• 3/4 cup fresh-squeezed apple juice (or your favorite fresh juice)
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional, for fiber and omega-3s)
Optional Add-ins:
• A handful of fresh spinach (for extra nutrients)
• 1–2 Medjool dates (for added natural sweetness)
Instructions:
