Quick & Easy Homemade Bread – Ready in 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make sure everything is evenly combined.
3. Add Wet Ingredients:
- Pour in the warm milk and melted butter (or olive oil). Stir until the mixture forms a soft dough.
4. Shape the Dough:
- Lightly flour your surface and knead the dough for about 1–2 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- You can either shape it into a round loaf or divide it into smaller rolls, depending on your preference.
5. Bake:
- Place the dough onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15–18 minutes or until the bread is golden brown on top.
