Layer the parfait: In a glass or jar, start with a spoonful of yogurt, followed by crushed pineapple, granola, and toasted coconut. Repeat layers until the glass is full.
Top it off: Sprinkle with macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, and a cherry on top.
