Ingredients:
45ml coconut rum
30ml key lime juice
60ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut cream
Ice
Crushed digestive biscuits (for the rim)
How to Make:
Prepare the Glass: Dip the rim in lime juice and coat with crushed digestive biscuits.
Blend It: Combine coconut rum, key lime juice, pineapple juice, and coconut cream with ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve & Garnish: Pour into a glass and top with a lime wheel.
Top Tip: Add a dash of vanilla syrup for an extra dessert-like twist!
