Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato slices, and additional ranch dressing for serving
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, bread crumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Grill the chicken patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill during the last few minutes of cooking, if desired.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each chicken patty on a bun and topping with lettuce, tomato slices, and additional ranch dressing.
- Serve immediately.
