1 orange, peeled
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
1 banana
1/2 cup water or orange juice
1 tsp chia seeds for garnish
Ice cubes
Steps:
Blend orange, pineapple, carrot, banana, water, and ice until smooth.

Ingredients:

1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk or yogurt
1 tsp honey (optional)
Pomegranate seeds and mint leaves for garnish
