Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oats
- 50 g of walnuts (or chestnuts)
- 2 apples
- 50 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Preparation method:
Grind the oats in a blender or food processor until you get a fine flour. Then repeat the process with the walnuts (or chestnuts) and mix the two flours obtained.
Cut the apples into four parts, remove the seeds and core, and process in a blender or food processor until pureed. Add 50 ml of water to make it easier.
Now, mix the applesauce with the flours. Stir well until you get a homogeneous dough. Add the melted butter and mix again.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, shape the cookies into a round shape (similar to hamburgers) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
