      • 20 g (2 tbsp) yogurt
      • 20 g (2 tbsp) milk
      • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For the cinnamon filling:
      • 50 g (4 tbsp) brown sugar
      • 10 g (1 tbsp) all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • For the cinnamon streusel topping:
      • 50 g (5 tbsp) all-purpose flour
      • 30 g unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
      • 40-50 g (3-4 tbsp) brown sugar
      • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp salt or a pinch

Directions

    1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 165°C (325°F) for electric ovens or 175°C (350°F) for gas ovens. Grease a 21.5 cm x 11 cm (8.5 in x 4.5 in) baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
