- Berries (blueberries or preferred): 1 glass, rinsed
 
Directions:

- Prepare the Oats:

- In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal with hot water.
 - Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the water and soften.
