    8. ½ tsp black pepper
    9. 1 tbsp avocado oil

    Garlic Herb Butter

    1. One stick butter
    2. one tablespoon freshly cut parsley
    3. one tablespoon honey
    4. 6 minced garlic cloves

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Cut chicken thigh into 2 inch pieces and place in a small bowl
