Apricot Almond Ice Cream
Ingredients:2 pounds ripe apricots – pitted and chopped1 cup sugar1 pint heavy cream1 can sweetened condensed milk1 can evaporated milk1 teaspoon almond extractSliced almonds for garnishDirections:Prepare apricots as with peaches, blending them with creams. Add almond extract, and freeze. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top when serving.
