  1. Ground Chicken, 1 pound
  2. One huge egg
  3. Shred 1 large zucchini carefully.
  4. Half a cup of Panko Breadcrumbs

  8. Half a teaspoon of salt
  9. Half a teaspoon of black pepper

  • Prepare the zucchini, if desired. Just omit the zucchini from your chicken meatball recipe if you don’t want it there. After washing, cut in half. Grate the zucchini until only the stalks remain. Grated zucchini should be put in a sieve to remove part of the moisture.

  • Mix the breadcrumbs into the meat mixture until they are completely combined.

  • Meatballs should be arranged in a single layer. Air fried for five minutes, then turn. Cook for a further five to six minutes, or until golden brown.
