Ingredients:
2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
3 x 4 cups of hot water (110°F/43°C)
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1 x 4 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Itineraries:
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar and yeast. Stir and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the mixture becomes foamy.

Brush the top of the dough sticks with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered garlic, oregano and grated parmesan.
Bake preheated for 12-15 minutes, or until it is golden and crispy.
Serve immediately, ideally with marinara sauce to soak.
