Ingredients:
1 dragon fruit, peeled and diced
1 mango, peeled and diced
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup granola
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Layer Greek yogurt at the bottom of serving glasses or bowls.
Add a layer of diced dragon fruit.
Top with a layer of granola.
Add another layer of Greek yogurt.
Top with diced mango.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
Repeat layers if using larger glasses.
Notes:
Add chia seeds or flax seeds for extra texture and nutrition.
