Ingredients
1 cup frozen bananas
1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
1 cup low fat coconut milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp chia seeds
3–4 ice cubes (to serve, optional)

Instructions
Prepare the ingredients as described and set them aside.
To a blender, add the cucumber and chia seeds first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Blend until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
